At times when we are giving some presentations we may need to Zoom some part of the screen so that we can we can clearly take a look at the minute things. There is a free utility from Microsoft called ZoomIt to help you with this issue. ZoomIt is screen zoom and annotation tool for technical presentations that include application demonstrations. This tool will come handy when you are giving presentation about a Software or a Service. ZoomIt runs silently in the system tray and it can be activated with customizable hotkeys. With the help of Zoomit you can zoom in on an area of the screen, move around while zoomed, and draw on the zoomed image. ZoomIt works on all versions of Windows and you can use pen input for ZoomIt drawing on tablet PCs. The current version is ZoomIt v2.11.
When you install Zoomit you need to configure it. You need to set the hotkeys for Zooming and other operations. Zoomit is a very useful utility with just 77KB. I should say it is worth downloading Zoomit.
