Now you can easily take a backup of your Firefox data with the help of MozBackup. MozBackup is a simple utility for creating backups of Mozilla Firefox, Mozilla Thunderbird, Flock, Mozilla Suite, Netscape profiles and many others. It allows you to backup and restore bookmarks, contacts, mails, history, extensions, saved passwords and forms, cache etc. I used it recently to take a backup of my emails to my new laptop.
MozBackup has got a very clean interface. So you can use it very easily to backup your essential data. You can also have an automatic backup via command line. You can even backup your data with compression enabled.
MozBackup is compatible with:
- Firefox 1.0 – 3.0

- SeaMonkey 1.0a – 1.1
- Mozilla Suite 1.7 – 1.7.x
- Spicebird 0.4

I protect my files and emails with a very easy to use data backup software called Titan Backup, the destination is a 500gb WD harddisk, but the company stated that an online feature is under work also. Give it a free trial here.
I also got my hands on a 30% discount coupon from them, during the order process enter this coupon:NEOB-M5VL
